This is a rather old lens complete with Nikon aperture coupling pin. It works just fine on my Nikon D200 camera but the indications are that I was lucky; it almost certainly will NOT work on most of the Nikon digital SLR cameras at least so far as automatic exposure is concerned. This lens is rather big, very fast, and has a bit more chromatic abberation and coma than you'd expect in a modern lens -- but did I say it is very fast? On a Nikon D200 it is like having a 200 mm telephoto f2. Amazing!
