View east and maybe a bit north of east, from
the north side of Birchwood Barracks. Norpac Hill is the big hill
on the left with the storage tanks on it and some old buildings left
over from the war. You can also see the Army's Quonset Huts at
the foot of the hill. They were removed eventually and in its
place became Kuluk Family Housing.
