Michael Gordon's retired Allstock and AlaskaPhoto Collection

BIG ONES! Up to 1800 pixels wide!

OOPS, TAKE ME TO THE SAME COLLECTION BUT NOT SO BIG!

These images are recently retired from the files of Allstock and AlaskaPhoto. In 1978, Marty Loken, editor of Alaska Magazine, started a photo stock house or agency called AlaskaPhoto. I was invited to contribute my particularly exceptional close-up eagle photographs as well as other Alaskan scenes. Over the years, the agency changed its name to Allstock, then Aperture Photobank (or maybe the other way round), and finally was purchased by the Tony Stone agency. They are cleaning out files of less used images, and have retired these images. They are here presented for your enjoyment. You may use them for your personal enjoyment and social, club, and nonprofit organizations; although when used in print, please include photographer name when practical (a collage of images is an example of a use that may be difficult to preserve photographer credit for each input of the collage).
