View north at the west end of Sweeper Cove, at Naval Operating Base. at the extreme left edge, on the hill, is the Flag Headquarters which can also be seen in the Fredric Forney collection. In later years this view would look north over Roberts Housing. The Small Boat Basin is just out of the picture to the right.
